EasyJet – smooth communication and engagement through maor change.

Industry: Travel

Project: Allocated Seating

Challenge: Communicating and engaging with easyjet passengers, workforce and the wider world to successfully introduce allocated seating

Type of service: Change

Dates: 2011 - 2012

Introducing allocated seating across all flights was a big step change for easyJet. As communications project lead, Jo Twiselton worked closely with the team over the life of the 12 month project, during both the trial and the roll-out, to help deliver and communicate this important change to all passengers, staff and the wider world.

Jo was critical to the success of the implementation of allocated seating at easyJet. She provided exceptional stakeholder management across the entire organisation, was always available and responsive, and provided a level of comms structure that ensured all internal and external parties were well managed throughout. We couldn’t have delivered the project without her, and I hope we get to work together again in the future.
