How wellbeing coaching helped counter the impacts of big change
Challenge: Every year as autumn begins, this client notices a shift in pace in her life, creating pressure. With Covid-19 making this year particularly hard, she decided to take a course of wellbeing coaching with me to prepare for the winter months.
