Project: Transition and transformation programme
Challenge: Creating the communication strategy and plan to engage over 800 new employees who were TUPE-transferring from another organisation, with the aim to minimise disruption to customer delivery. This included designing communications workshops and induction approaches. Once the strategy was agreed, then over-seeing the delivery of the strategy, setting up the Business As Usual communications teams and coaching the new Communications Manager.
